2. Static Graphic Posts — 12 per month

12 custom-designed social media posts. Standard square format: 1080 × 1080 pixels. Includes promotional graphics, product highlights, service announcements, educational tips, business updates, and brand awareness content. Designs aligned with your brand identity and visual style.

3. Carousel Posts — 4 per month

4 multi-slide carousel posts. Up to 5 slides per carousel. Includes educational content, product features, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and informative brand stories. Designed to encourage audience engagement and communicate information clearly.

4. Short-Form Videos/Reels — 4 per month

4 professionally edited vertical videos. Duration: 15–30 seconds per video. Format: 1080 × 1920 pixels (9:16).Video types may include product showcases, promotional videos, educational tips, business introductions, and brand awareness content. Includes basic editing, text overlays, transitions, and suitable music where applicable. Videos are created using client-provided footage, photos, or approved stock assets. Original filming, advanced animation, and professional voice-over recording are not included. 

5. Social Media Stories — 12 per month

12 individual Story designs. Format: 1080 × 1920 pixels (9:16).Content may include product highlights, promotional offers, customer FAQs, educational tips, polls, questions, and calls to action. Includes a mix of static graphics and simple motion-based designs where appropriate. 

6. Monthly Content Calendar and Strategy

1 content calendar per month covering both selected platforms. Planned content topics, proposed publishing dates, and content formats. Basic monthly content strategy aligned with your business goals and target audience. Content themes designed to balance promotion, education, engagement, and brand awareness.

7. Captions, Hashtags, and Calls to Action

Captions for all 32 monthly content pieces. Relevant hashtags where appropriate. Clear calls to action to encourage inquiries, engagement, website visits, or purchases. Caption style tailored to the content and target audience.

8. Content Scheduling and Publishing

Scheduling and publishing of approved content across both selected platforms. Publishing follows the approved monthly content calendar. Content formatting adapted to each platform where needed. The same core content may be repurposed across both platforms when appropriate; completely different content for each platform is not included unless agreed separately.

9. Basic Comment and Message Monitoring

Basic monitoring of comments and direct messages on the two selected platforms. Check for general customer inquiries, comments, and engagement. Flag important inquiries and complaints for the client's attention. Includes basic monitoring only; ongoing conversations, sales negotiations, customer support, and order processing are not included.

10. Monthly Performance Report

1 performance report at the end of each month. Includes available metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, video views, and content performance. Covers both managed platforms. Includes a brief performance summary and recommendations for the following month.

Monthly content total: 32 pieces, comprising 12 static posts, 4 carousels, 4 short-form videos, and 12 Stories. The package covers two platforms selected from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Each carousel counts as one content piece, regardless of the number of slides. Each Story counts as one individual frame. Reels and videos are edited using client-provided footage, photos, or approved stock assets. Content is submitted for client approval before publishing. Basic comment and message monitoring does not include full community management or customer support. Paid advertising budgets, influencer fees, professional photography, on-location filming, and paid stock assets are not included. Advanced video production, additional revisions, and content beyond the agreed monthly quantities may incur extra charges. Advertising campaign management and paid ad setup are not included unless agreed separately. 
Content Approval & Revisions: Each content piece includes one round of revisions. All content will be shared with you for approval before scheduling and publishing. Original video filming is not included. Clients provide product photographs, video footage, and necessary business information. Stock footage and paid assets are subject to availability and additional costs. One round of revisions is included per content piece.
