Management of 1 social media platform. Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Monthly content planning, publishing, and basic account activity monitoring.

2. Static Graphic Posts — 8 per month

8 custom-designed posts. Standard square format: 1080 × 1080 pixels. Includes promotional graphics, product highlights, service announcements, tips, or brand awareness content.

3. Carousel Posts — 2 per month

2 multi-slide posts. Up to 5 slides per carousel. Includes branded graphics, informative content, product features, or step-by-step explanations.

4. Short-Form Videos/Reels — 2 per month

2 edited vertical videos. Duration: 15–30 seconds per video. Format: 1080 × 1920 pixels (9:16). Content types may include product showcases, promotional videos, educational tips, or brand awareness. Includes basic editing, text overlays, transitions, and suitable music where applicable. Videos are created using client-provided footage, photos, or approved stock assets. Original filming is not included.

5. Social Media Stories — 8 per month

8 individual Story designs. Format: 1080 × 1920 pixels (9:16). Content may include product highlights, promotions, FAQs, business tips, engagement questions, or calls to action. Stories may be static graphics or simple motion-based designs.

6. Monthly Content Calendar

1 content calendar per month. Includes planned content topics and proposed publishing dates for all 20 content pieces. Content is planned according to your business goals and target audience.

7. Captions and Hashtags

Captions for all 20 content pieces. Relevant hashtags where appropriate. Clear calls to action to encourage engagement, inquiries, or sales.

8. Content Scheduling and Publishing

Scheduling and publishing of approved content on your selected platform. Publishing dates follow the approved monthly content calendar.

9. Monthly Performance Report

1 report at the end of each month. Includes available platform metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, video views, and content performance. Includes a brief summary of results and recommendations for the following month.

Package Terms

Monthly content total: 20 pieces, comprising 8 static posts, 2 carousels, 2 short-form videos, and 8 Stories. Content creation begins after the client provides the necessary business information, brand assets, and source materials. Content is submitted for client approval before publishing. Paid advertising budgets, influencer fees, professional photography, on-location filming, and paid stock assets are not included. Community management, including replying to comments and direct messages, is not included unless agreed separately. Additional content and revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Original video filming is not included. Clients provide product photographs, video footage, and necessary business information. Stock footage and paid assets are subject to availability and additional costs. One round of revisions is included per content piece.
